“Working with Becci was a Godsend when we were reaching crisis point with our 7month old. ”
Becci’s approach was always non-judgmental and understanding, with her first taking time to understand the bigger picture, then providing new ideas and support to tackle it.
We’d tried the apps and usual advice, but she offered us a fresh take using scientific research and considered the needs of our whole family in her recommendations. They were practical and achievable, without feeling overwhelming to implement when you’re barely hanging on - New habits you can maintain even after your worst nights become a distant memory.
Thank you Becci for your invaluable help!

“Working with Becky was one of the best decisions we made during a really challenging time with our little one.”
She approaches sleep with a deeply researched, science-based perspective, which gave us so much confidence right from the start.
What really stood out was how personally invested she became in getting to know not just our baby, Teddy, but also us—Chris and I—and how we parent. She didn’t offer a one-size-fits-all solution; instead, she tailored her guidance to align with our values and what felt right for our family.
We were right in the middle of the 4-month sleep regression when we started working together, and Becky was a lifeline. From navigating day naps to establishing a bedtime routine and handling wake-ups during the night, she supported us every step of the way. Her regular check-ins were incredibly reassuring, and I always felt like she was available when I needed a little extra guidance or encouragement.
I came to Becky feeling anxious and unsure, afraid of doing something "wrong." But she gave me the knowledge and tools to feel confident and calm in our approach. I’ve learned so much from her—not just about sleep, but about trusting myself as a parent. We’re so grateful for her support and can’t recommend her highly enough."

“Working with Rebecca was truly transformative for our family.”
Before we started, my 1-year-old son was waking 2–4 times a night and often up far too early in the morning. By the end of our time together, he was either sleeping through the night or waking just once. Those early morning wakes were gone within the first week of working together!
Rebecca’s approach was incredibly supportive, gentle, and holistic. I never felt pressured, and she took the time to understand our unique situation. I learnt so much about sleep in the process, and Rebecca also reinforced a lot of the things I was already doing—helping me understand the “why” behind them and giving me the confidence to trust my instincts and keep going.
I couldn’t be more grateful for the support we received. I wholeheartedly recommend Rebecca to any parent struggling with sleep. Her guidance truly made all the difference.
Thank you, Bec!
“Rebecca’s advice and information was like a breath of fresh air.”
I got in touch with Rebecca after our baby hit the 4 month sleep “regression”. I initially sought information online and with a sleep consultant who used “self soothing” techniques. After 3 weeks of using these methods I was completely drained, every bedtime resulted in tears (from me and baby!) and I felt trapped in the house due to short wake windows and feeling the need for my baby to be following man age appropriate schedule. I spent endless time searching online for the “solution” and felt pressured to “teach my baby” how to sleep. I couldn’t take the guilt and stress anymore and reached out to Rebecca for help.
Rebecca’s advice and information was like a breath of fresh air, I felt reassured that I could make manageable (and pleasant!) changes to improve my babies sleep whilst fully responding to my baby. I felt much more “free” and was able to go out with my baby and have fun activity filled days and was reassured that naps/sleep would happen when was right for us both. I also appreciated that Rebecca taught me some of the science to understand what was happening with my babies sleep was normal and manage my expectations of what normal baby sleep is. Now if a nap doesn’t go as planned or my baby needs me more over night I no longer feel stressed about it and have ways to adapt and roll with it.
Rebecca taught me that instead of focusing so much on getting my baby to sleep at certain times/places I could focus more on having stimulating awake times, lots of sunshine, bonding time and this helped improve my babies sleep!
I really appreciated Rebecca’s approach as she was nonjudgmental and listened to our families specific needs. It felt like Rebecca tailored advice/plans that matched with our baby/family life. Rebecca was also totally supportive of whatever techniques we found helped our baby to sleep and what felt natural and right for us.
I appreciated the weekly check ins and felt comfortable sharing how we were feeling.
I would definitely reach out to Rebecca again in future for advice/support and would recommend her support to anyone who wanted to improve their babies sleep with a responsive/gentle approach”
