Enneagram 3, type A as they come. Walks with my three dogs = heaven. Currently parenting two kids and one business. Self-proclaimed garden queen—my partner strongly disagrees.
ONCE UPON A TIME
I knew the science. I taught the classes. I reassured every new mum with the same calm confidence.
Then I became one.
And even with all my training, I still found myself crying in the dark, second-guessing everything I thought I knew. The love was overwhelming—but so was the noise. The pressure. The unrealistic expectations. I realised what parents really need isn’t more advice—it’s support that’s gentle, grounded, and actually makes sense in the middle of the chaos.
Becoming a parent cracked me open in ways I didn’t expect. It taught me that love can be fierce and fragile, that sleep deprivation can shake your confidence, and that even with all the preparation in the world—you can still feel completely lost.
I saw it in the families I supported. I felt it myself.
So I went deeper.
I trained as an IBCLC, completed a Level 6 (degree-level) qualification in Holistic Sleep Coaching, and became a certified Circle of Security Parenting™ facilitator—bringing together sleep, feeding, and emotional development in one integrated, truly responsive approach.
The Gentle Sleep Collective is my life’s work.
It’s not a one-size-fits-all method. It’s a wraparound support service that sees the whole child and the whole parent—and helps you make sense of it all, without ever asking you to go against your instincts.
Because you don’t need a cookie-cutter plan.
You need support that meets your baby—and your values—right where they are.
Top: my two babies, who are my inspiration every day. Left, me doing what I love. Right: me at a speaking gig. Bottom, the fur babies who keep me fit!

NOW FOR THE IMPORTANT STUFF
I’ve killed three sourdough babies, I love the idea of slowly crafting a loaf with love, letting it rise as the house fills with the smell of warm bread. The reality? Absolute chaos. Maybe a retirement hobby…
I’m an avid reader (of actual books, not just Instagram captions). Non-fiction is my go-to—anything that helps me grow, even just 1% a day.
I’m completely dog obsessed. If you’ve got a dog, I want to know their name, age, star sign, and preferred sleeping position.
I secretly dream of living in a tiny house, surrounded by forest and fields—with my family, our dogs, and way too many fairy lights.
Your at-a-glance guide to where I stand on all the truly important things.
